I think they start out with good intentions but when they realize that the more patients they can get in and out in a hour the more money they can make. taking time with patients means less money to them so they've lost their passion. I hope your luck changes and soon!
Only 65 days til spring? 2 months is all. Why does it seem like winter just got here lol. I've dealt with some of those, especially during my pregnancy with Carleigh - you know, the ones who think they are God, when it's clear that they aren't.

I think they need to require some compassion classes in medical school!Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08158575371887263944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-344902957315839144.post-82328574406160465992012-01-16T14:44:00.516-06:002012-01-16T14:44:00.516-06:00I will definitely check out her blog. She is in England and writes beautiful stories (read her archived blogs....wonderful reading....makes you feel you were there....I have tried to talk her into gettin her story published, since you can publish them yourself now). She has cancer and where they inserted the IV's, she developed blood clots and has to self-inject herself with meds in her stomach once a day. Terrible....but she just has the best outlook you have ever seen. She is amazing.Leave It To Davishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10510401202733633537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-344902957315839144.post-40539542333609017152012-01-16T13:44:47.773-06:002012-01-16T13:44:47.773-06:00My hubby has seen the same doctor since he was 28 ...My hubby has seen the same doctor since he was 28 and Hubby is 62 now. His doctor is the same age. Dr. Nichols wears a maroon doctor's coat, and we asked him why one day. He said he wanted everyone to know he is not anything like the others. That is the way he stands out. He takes pride that he doesn't follow the pack. He's a lone wolf. We love him for that. There are good doctors out there that know you as a person, who take an interest in the person that you are and care about you, but believe me (like I said, I have worked in a hospital for 11 years now), they are few and far between. Keep looking for that right one. Maybe he will have on a marroon doctor's coat.Leave It To Davishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10510401202733633537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-344902957315839144.post-60882679017413881352012-01-16T13:09:44.952-06:002012-01-16T13:09:44.952-06:00Doctors like many professional people sometimes se...Doctors like many professional people sometimes seem to have that 'I'm smarter, better, and to busy to be bothered' attitude. Just what a patient needs when they are already ill...add a little guilt and it just makes things worse. I hope you get things worked around. It seems that the answer to everything these days is medicate, medicate, medicate and when you do that it's bound to increase the risk for reactions...that certainly isn't your fault. It's still snowing here and I'm debating trying to walk anyway...I feel the need to get out but seven degrees and a couple inches of snow doesn't seem too fun. The nurse knows way more than the DR. does about the drugs. Needless to say, I'm not a good trusting patient. Didn't mean to rant here.
It's rainy here in the 50's.GreatGrannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11398397143405977670noreply@blogger.com
