It is very cold and frosty this morning at 31 degrees. The sun is shining brightly and that is a beautiful thing after all of the rain this week.

I am doing laundry this morning and I plan to do a bit of cleaning. I have finally got the furniture moved around and I know how large a sofa I can get. If and when I get to the furniture stores to check them out.
Have a peaceful day. Stay safe and be happy!!
Beth
Glad the sun is shining there..not so much here yet but maybe later on. Today it is cold but we soon will be complaining about the heat so I guess all things even out. I feel relief for those in Boston and the nation today.. we can breathe a little bit easier. Have a great weekend Sis.. XoXo
ReplyDeleteThe sun is shining here, too, but it is only 26º right now. UGH. Hope you have a great day and it sounds like you are already busy! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteDear Beth..We have sunshine today too. I am so thankful. We have had enough rain. It's cold getting into the 40's today. They saying a freeze tonight, I pray it doesn't hurt our trees...they are budding out and the flowering trees are just ready to open up here in our yard. We , as you, are living about a day at a time...trying to get things done as the weather allows. Enjoy this pretty day. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteThey're promising a warming trend--I'm ready. Hated having to turn the furnace back on the other day. A little frost this morning, but it's sunny and beautiful out there...
ReplyDeleteHave a happy day, my friend !
Hi Beth,
ReplyDeleteYes we have sunshine too and the birds are singing. Something to lift the spirits after a week of not so good news.
Hugs Nita.
it's amazing, Beth, how the sunshine uplifts you and makes it so easy to do the things you were putting off when it was cold and dreary. I've just sorted out my winter wet gear.. (Anoraks and suchlike) and put them through the washer. Now they're hanging in the sunshine. Drying nicely, as nature does best. Hugs to you my friend. xPenx
ReplyDeletehooray for sun! even in the cold!

ReplyDeleteIt's gloomy and 54 outside for us. We have a baby shower to attend so that will take up most of the afternoon I figure. Have a great day my friend.
ReplyDeleteYour day sounds a bit like mine. I too did laundry and a bit of cleaning.

Bright sunshine here today and cool temperatures, just the way I like it. No matter how many times I rearrange the furniture, the house just doesn't become any larger.:-) Have a great Saturday! xo Nellie
