Hey everybody, it’s 50 degrees…

and we might break the record of 64 degrees set in 1899.  I am definitely going to be out taking the sun today, that is if it comes out as it is cloudy and drizzly right now.  Oh well, we can’t have everything.  In reality I am going to go get my hair cut and run some errands, all in my comfort zone.

The snow has almost all melted away and I can see the ground again, all covered in leaves that maintenance did not rake up last fall.  The ice and snow has melted from around my car.

I just am giving a quick update as I need to get some breakfast before I leave.  Where is everyone anyway, all on facebook?  Catch ya all later.

Red heart  Beth

  1. Sounds wonderful! We've finally warmed up here so I don't have to wear my stinking michigan winter jacket... not that it stinks, just that its big, bulky and heavy and a pain in the arse to deal with...

    Enjoy your day!

  5. I'm here Beth, I've paid a little visit to FB but can't get on with it at all,OK for the occasional message to friends and family, I prefer the whole 'feel' of blogs.
Our weather is improving too,the winds are still chilly, but the sun is gaining a bit or warmth, \I'm glad at least the rain has stopped, for a while only though as the weather man forecast more in a day or two, sigh,
Actually to-night was very pleasant, quite balmy just before dusk when I took the dogs out, pity it was the evening walk, but never mind, summer will come eventually.
    Thanks for visits Beth,much appreciated.

  9. Ooh I'd love that. It's still miserably cold here, wet, grey and windy...typical spring weather :) Never mind, us Brits are used to moaning about the weather.
Enjoy the warmth I'll have to imagine it for now :)

  10. After reading Toodies blog, I thought I'd better stop by to say hello. I'm still around, but don't have anything to share now a days. I don't want to say anything to offend anyone, so I choose to say nothing. Sorry, that's just me!

Spring has been teasing us this past week. I'm not ready to take the bait yet. Snow in the forecast next week.

    Have a wonderful Friday.
