Another one of those days…

rainy with the temp checking in at 54 degrees to be dropping all afternoon with the rain turning to light snow.  I am not ready for this!!  Winter go away.

I made it to the K-Mart this morning.  And, yes, you guessed it, I brought some more things for Christmas.  I keep saying I am done and then I turn right around and buy something else.  I need somebody to stop me.  LOL  I still have 2 birthday presents to buy, one Dec 23 and the other Dec 24.  I think those will be money as they are both hard to buy for.

Thanksgiving was very nice.  I enjoyed the time spent with my son in law’s family.  Several little kids there this year, so that was nice.  The food was delicious.

Not much else to write about today.  I hope you all are enjoying a peaceful weekend.  Stay safe and be happy!!

  6. So funny with different parts of the country. We just had 57 degrees and it felt like summer! LOL! ;)

Glad you had such a nice Thanksgiving. Babies and little ones change the family dynamics, don't they?

Hope you're having a really good weekend. :)

  10. Oh Beth this was the very first Christmas music I have heard this year and just brought a big smile to my face. Guess I need that to get in the spirit. Not sure I will be decorating this year as it always requires a lot of cleaning and bending up and down. I ended up last year a week on my back cause I over did it. Glad you were able to spend Thanksgiving with some family. We have been getting mostly snow. It has warmed up during the day above freezing. So glad to have another couple days break from clearing snow outside. Have a wonderful week. Hugs Carrie

  14. Our concerts make the weekend seem like more work then the weekends right now. Today I'm going to endeavor to relax all I can. The next birthday around here will be our youngest on the last of December but our anniversary is the 17th. It seems the end of the year is approaching at light speed! Have a blessed day my friend.

  16. I'm so glad that you had a great Thanksgiving. All holidays are better with children. I'm trying real hard not to buy a lot of new ornaments this year but they are too tempting.

  18. Hi Beth. I guess this is a bit of a cliche' but I am glad you had a nice holiday. Weatherwise it has been unusually warm here. 65 on Thanksgiving and the last couple of days all leading to a false sense of security. This will all end soon. Off to other posts now. Toodle loo!
