colors. Yesterday morning before I started on the fruitcakes my daughter went with me around town to check on some of the fall colors.
The park had some really cute Halloween decorations out. The roses are still in full bloom too after several frosts.
I am out this morning for a haircut and to get my glasses adjusted then tomorrow, cleaning the house. I can’t escape that.
Do stay safe and be happy!!
Beth
Those are some gorgeous colors! We don't have that quite yet.
ReplyDeleteHi Beth
ReplyDeleteGorgeous autumn colours. Good still to have roses in bloom.
As you will probably remember from past years, Hallowen,is not a favorite with me.
Hugs Nita
Our colors are slow coming in right here where I am. However that may be different near by. I need to get in the car and see!

The top photo is unusual, I think, so pretty. The little maple right in the front here is still green while some of the others are turning.
ReplyDeleteLOVE all the colors.
ReplyDeleteHave fun getting your hair done!!
Beautiful fall colors and I love the scarecrow in the park!
ReplyDeleteLove fall colors. It's as much fun looking at people's Halloween decorations as it is at Christmas time, isn't it. Such imaginations.
ReplyDeletePretty photos. It's nice to be with our daughters when we can. Like the stylish scarecrow. Smiles, Susie
ReplyDeleteThe last weekend brought snow and seemed to about finish fall here in my mind. I may be hard pressed to find some new pictures but you never know, there may be some fall hanging on out there somewhere. I enjoyed your pictures my friend, have a great day!

ReplyDeleteHope your haircut came out nice. And cleaning - yuck - but you gotta do it. I found your side bars and I used it -looks different then yours. Maybe it is not the exact same - but thank you so much for your help and hope you don't mind - it is a compliment - if you do - let me know.
ReplyDeleteHow nice to get out for a drive with your daughter. Thank you for sharing the fall colors and decorations around town. Not much color here but the afternoons sure are enjoyable. It always makes me feel good to get my hair cut. Enjoy the evening.
ReplyDeletei have a love/hate relationship with cleaning!! i hate doing it and i love when it's done!!
ReplyDeleteI love very much with all of the seasons trees.
ReplyDeleteYou having a wonderful time.
Thinking about you!
Beautiful colors in the trees there, Beth. It's nice that you got to enjoy seeing them with your daughter too. Have a good day! :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful fall foliage!! And decorations for Halloween already--goodness! Enjoy your errands and the fall weather. :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome snapshots Beth! Fall is a wonderful time of rest and renewal...nature is preparing for a long nap until spring. I love walking through the leaves and watching them fall from the tree. Just like you, I also love all the different colours. Glad that you were able to get out and about and enjoy some of the Autumn colours.
ReplyDeleteI worked in a drug store for 13 years and there was always someone coming in that had moved to Texas from up north. Inevitably, they would make the comment that they hated living here because we didn't have leaves that changed colors in the fall. It used to irritate the socks off me (I always wanted to say, "then go back where you came from"), but now I see why they always made that comment. I cannot tell you how many different times I heard this...and from so many different people. You DO have magnificent fall leaves!!! Ours are green and just dry up and fall off. lol No orange and red and yellow colors here. sigh I'm jealous!
ReplyDeleteLove those tree colors....I had to change my blog name an address I am now blogging under Rockin My Journey @ myfamilyjaysactivity.blogspot.com aka Janice sending you HUGS :))
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing,Beth! Beautiful pictures. I love the colours of autumn! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures! The colors here aren't changing as quickly as they are in your area. Soon I hope.
ReplyDeletePretty fall pictures. Funny how that one tree has just the top leaves turning color so far!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you've had frosts Beth, though I sppose that's what helps getting the leaves to change colour, and I must say they are rather lovely.Ours have just gone brown and crisped as we haven't had frost, just drizzle.
ReplyDeleteI love Fall also. I enjoyed your pictures of fall. I snagged you from another site. Brian the photographer's site. Finally I have found people who enjoy what I like. Photography and life.
ReplyDeletePlease drop into my blog. I put up Fall pictures last night. May we become friends. I plan to add you. That way I can come back and make comments and enjoy your posts.
I am enjoying your page very much. I must learn to get my page background other then what I picked fro free one can say. I love crafts. If when you have time. Take a look what i have done in pass blogs. Thank you.
Well looks like you did find some color changes. Wow that one tree that is half and half how strange. Lots of color happening in my area now. We had a summer streak going till Friday and now the rain has finally come after almost 2 months without. It has brightened everything up so much. But all the color can not compare to your beautiful header with the pumpkins and baby. So so cute.
ReplyDeleteOh, how did I miss this post?? Beautiful colors! I just love autumn!
