Another Monday morning…

and the sun is shining brightly.  It is 49 degrees now and is to reach the upper 70s today.  I am all prepared as I dug out a pair of jeans capri pants to wear today and an old Curves T-shirt.

The Jodi Arias trial is winding down now.  Closing arguments will begin on Thursday.  After this trial is finished I have made up my mind not to watch any trials for awhile.  They are too mind-boggling.  And I need my mind to be un boggled.

I hope you all have a peaceful week.  Stay safe and be happy!!

  1. This trial sure has been a long one..it's no wonder that anyone watching from the beginning would get tired out. Imagine what the judge and jury thinks.
Nice here but I will be indoors.. still coughing.. darn it.. maybe when it hits 80 on Wed I will venture out.. we will see.. Take care :-)

  3. Try to get out and do enjoy the warmer weather! It's been in the 80's here but we expect more winds today. Not good---our winter has been so dry that there is already fire danger! Enjoy the day!

  5. Have really been enjoying the weather all weekend. Going to be mixed for a couple days I guess, but it is Springlike and that's just great. Haven't watched the trial at all. Just don't get into it. O.J.'s trial kind of turned me off.

  6. Well I guess I better give a weather report as well. It's sunny with temps reaching the 60's. And now sports...
I have only followed the O.J. trial. I have been caught up with the bombing story for obvious reasons. The story is getting bigger with alledged international ties.

  12. Hug to you Beth that is probably why I don't watch trials and now have cut back on the news. Life is not to be filled with negative all the time. Hugs B

  14. Good morning Beth. I caught you on my friend Kerrie's Blog, I am a fellow Ozzie. My, I read your profile and see you are a hundred? Lol...I am 68 but with my many aches and pains I often feel older. I could not get too interested in a trial...and as yet have not been placed on jury duty. I wonder if you watched that movie, To Kill a Mocking Bird...? I am sure you would have. That was a sad biased trial if ever there was one, but what a magnificent movie. Have a Blessed day!

  19. John and I have invested lots of time in the Arias trial. We are happy that we did not miss anything while we've been moving. Closing arguments should be interesting.
HOpe you had a great day!

  21. Enjoy your sunny weather. I have had enough for awhile. After almost a month of 90's in California, I am happy to be back in the mountains of Canada. We had 3 inches of snow today then most melted by the afternoon. What crazy weather. I did so much yard work while down south I am not ready to begin here yet.
I watch as little news as possible so half the time don't know what's going on in the world. There was a time I watch everything and I too had trouble sleeping at night. My mind would be going over and over everything and everyone problems. These days I am so tired by evening I can't keep my eyes when reading in the evening or watch funny shows on TV. I watch no drama what so ever only funny light stuff. My body just tenses when watching that kind of stuff.
Well looks like the flowers are blooming all around you. Will be another 3 weeks before things start to bud here. Thank you Beth for stopping in and commenting after I have been gone so long. So nice to be back on the internet with wonderful people like you. Hugs Carrie
