How fast it falls…

the temperature I mean.  Yesterday it was  77 degrees and this morning it is 42 with a big northwest wind and raining.  Brrr, no wonder I stayed in bed way late this morning.  I had the window open and I couldn’t seem to get warm enough.

That was lot of food yesterday.  I didn’t eat nearly all of it.  I don’t like to bring leftover breakfast food home from a restaurant.  My daughter and I split the skillet breakfast and the pancakes.

Wild Berries Restaurant in Peoria…

I am still in the process of pondering how to increase my 2 bedroom house into my old home without much luck.  I am going to start looking in the furniture stores to see if I can find what I want.  Maybe nothing.  lol  I am getting ready to start moving things around again.

I am still hung up on the Arias trial.  I am getting tired of watching Martinez grill Laviolette though.  I wish she would just admit that she believed the lies that Arias told her so they could move on.  It seems the trial is never ending.  When it is finally finished, what will I do for entertainment.  Winking smile

Have a peaceful day.  Stay safe and be happy!!

Beth

  1. Good Wednesday morning, Beth!

What fun going to furniture stores! Of course, it's more fun if one is able to purchase something after looking.:-)

Our rain is predicted to come on Thursday, along with the chance of some stormy conditions.

    Enjoy your day!

  3. Hi Beth,

It was actually like spring here this morning, able to be outside without coat and scarf, but just went out again and got quite chilled temps seemed to have dropped once again. Ah well, hopefully soon it will settle for you and me.

  5. We sit at a miserable 17 degrees this morning...a drop of nearly fifty degree since our last high. I think the ups and downs of the season are the worst. Happy re-arranging my friend.

  6. You may have to watch reruns of the OJ trial when the Arias trial is over! I remember being riveted to the OJ trial. I wasn't working then so I was glued to the TV.

    Stay warm today!

  8. Hi Beth - Apparently you didn't get hit with what we got last night. Pictures are on my blog. Sounds like you had breakfast out - lovely. Actually, I'm not much on bringing left over food home either. Italian keeps well, but I don't bother with anything else.

  9. It's warming up in Florida. It's almost warm enough for the AC. My neighbors have theirs going 24/7.

    Love,

  13. I bought all new furniture, except for a kitchen set, in 2007 along with rugs and a few other things including a television. The loan will be paid off in Sept. Why did I buy such a big bed! It takes up most of the room.
Yesterday was 72 today it peaked at about 50 and it's headed further down. Could be a nice weekend though. OK no I'm babbling.

  17. Crazy, crazy weather all over. We've got snow in the forecast. Guess skiing has been great this season. Oh, Beth, I wanted to get back to you about the orange jello salad...it was delicious. John and I simply loved it and I will be making it again.

  18. Oh I am sure when the trial is over you will be back to reading and watching NCIS over and over again.. You are so right on that breakfast leftover stuff.. I never could see cold toast or eggs being any good.. I think I would rather just skip it all and just eat a small amount with no leftovers. Hope the rain stops for both of us soon.. This rollercoast spring has been really weird so far. XOXO

  24. I I wish the weather would make up it's mind. But we're not in control and that's a good thing.. We're fixing to get what you have, it's on the way with storms.. I dread them.. You take care and have a blessed day.

  25. I can't believe the weather extremes you guys are going through....I mean I do believe it because April is a bipolar month of warm and cold, rain and snow....hopefully all the new growth won't be affected:)
