This is a very frightening situation. My nephew is an attorney at the state capitol building in Charleston which is one of the areas affected by the chemical spill. My prayers are with them all. The county that my sister lives in is not affected so far.
And this is it on the Spring countdown. We leave the 70s and go to 69 days till spring.
This is a very short post. I will add more later when I get back from my doctor appointments.
Stay safe and be happy!!
Beth
You are my first news reporter of the day! Sorry to hear this news and hope it is resolved soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try to keep up with the news about the water. We saw it on the news this AM. 69 Days! Great!
ReplyDeletegood luck at the doctor, very scary about the spill, my gosh,
ReplyDeleteWhoa - chemical spill is no laughing matter. Just think about all the things we use water for in a day's time, besides the toilet, shower, and sink. Sadly, it could take years to fully clean it up - if even then. What a sad situation for everyone living there.
ReplyDeletei am worried this poison may impact a lot of people for a long time.
ReplyDeleteA good friend of mine loves in West Virginia and was talking to me about this this morning. Scary!
ReplyDeleteI have a couple people who live in Virginia and told me about this - I wonder how in the world they will clean that up?
ReplyDeleteHow awful! and very very scary!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Joanne

Won't be long and your days will be 50 left.
ReplyDeleteThat is dreadful about the spillage and all those people without water, hope bottled water is enough..some dreadful things happen sometimes.
Well that does sound like bad news, I suppose there will be a long process going on now to clear it as much as they can. Dreadful.
ReplyDeleteHope your appointments go well Beth.
