Two pies later…

003

I was wrapping this pie to take over to my neighbors.  I kept the other pie and took half of it to my daughter this morning.

I have been busy today.  Lots of errands to run and then laundry to do when I got home.

It is winter again with snow flurries this afternoon and to be in the mid 20s tonight.  I do know though that spring really is here and I did see one tree with buds on it this morning.  I haven’t seen any other signs of spring except for the birds I have in  my front yard; blue jays, cardinals, woodpeckers, sparrows and of course the crows.  The grass  is greening up a bit too.

I hope you all have a good week.  Stay safe and be happy!!

Beth

I was out in the garden today. Here in PA there are shimmering signs of Spring but, it is suppose to go below freezing tomorrow night. I don't know why Mother Nature is so angry this year:) Thanks for sharing, Beth...

  18. Blessed neighbor! This weather snap back to winter will be nothing but a little blip. It is actually much too warm, much too fast for me with temps reaching the low 80s in some parts of the state. It'll all bottom out tomorrow.

  23. Looks so yummy. I haven't had pie in ages..the crust does not agree with me..anyway..great job on it. We had barely an inch of snow but now everything is WHITE..my piles of raked leaves and pinecones all covered.. I am disliking this white stuff a lot.. seems it really DOES want to hang on until MAY. Prayers for you always, Xoxo
