and I almost forgot to post today. I could say I have been busy, but that is not really so. I did go to get my haircut and that is about it. I took a couple of pictures of my Christmas decorations to share with you.
Click on them for a larger picture.
We are in line for another snow tonight and my son is supposed to come tomorrow. I guess if he gets snowbound he will have to spend the night.
I will post again tomorrow evening.
Beth
I love your decorations, Beth. The angels are so beautiful and just look at the workmanship on their clothes :D
ReplyDeleteBoth trees are adorable (I happen to be a real peppermint lover) and the music boxes are great (that's another thing I love)
Sooooo, MORE snow for you. But you see the upside of that ;) I see a pajama party coming up! This will be a fun weekend for you for sure :D
XOXOXO
It will be great if your boy gets to stay a little longer. :-)
ReplyDeleteWe are getting ready for an ice storm. Boy, it's winter all over.
Beth, I love your optic fibre angels!
ReplyDeleteNo snow here yet. We would have forgiven you if you didn't post. Great angels!
ReplyDeleteThose trees are so pretty and beautifully decorated. All your decorations look good and the angels so illuminated. I couldn't tell if they are fiber optic. I have a tiny fiber optic tree and Kassey has no interest. I bet she would yours.
ReplyDeleteI know you'll enjoy your son's visit and maybe he will get snowed in....lol
ReplyDeleteBeautiful angels, just like you. Have lots of fun with family. Comcast don't fail Beth now!
ReplyDeleteLove your decorations.
I've done that before where I nearly or totally forgot to post! Well, I'm sure glad you did, nice Christmas decorations you've got there. It sounds like you've got every reason to be excited about Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHi Beth,
ReplyDeleteGreat decorations, enjoy your visit from your son, snowbound or not, overnight stay, could be fun, take care - Hugs Nita
A beautiful decorations Beth, hope your son will stay in mum's home:-)
ReplyDeleteGreat decorations! Love the angels too. Used to have (and probably still do somewhere) a tree topper Angel that was like yours, but the boys in the family didn't like the "doll" on the top of the tree and I had to replace it with a star. Enjoy the holidays and stay inside where it's warm!
ReplyDeleteAll angels are beautiful! Short note from my friend reaffirms this: "This angel was husband's family’s, so she’s about 60 years old. When his mom first gave her to us, 40 years ago, I thought, “She’s plastic,” not the heirloom quality I thought the handpainted one my family had was. Our kids even said, when small, that she looked like a blonde Wonder Woman, but I have come to love her and the Christmas traditions that she represents. May such treasures and blessings also be yours this season of family, friends love and joy – and the traditions that bring it all – and us – together !
ReplyDeleteHi Beth
ReplyDeleteI've cought up to your posts and see you are also in the snow.I don.t mind snow, we have no particular place we have to be,so we just take it easy.Your decorations are very beautiful. Hope your son can get there so as to have a nice visit.Maybe even stay the night to have breakfast to gether.Thank you for YOUR visit.
Hugs Margaret
Hi Beth, Yesterdays visit was a fleeting visit. We were pounded with a severe thunderstorm; which I have to say scared me. I've always being scared of severe thunderstorms because when I was little I was caught outside in one with trees crashing to the ground in front of me. I thank God that I was not hurt or worse, killed. I was also caught in a very bad cyclone while driving. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I know that the snow season must be very hard. You deserve a gold star! I would love it for a short time (because we don't live near snow), but I know the novelty would soon wear off... fast! May your time with your family during the Christmas period, be a celebration of God's love, filled with blessings. With love and care from Kerrie. xOx
ReplyDeleteGreat decorations :-)
ReplyDeleteTry to stay warm
~Ron
Lucky you...no snow here @54 degrees.Sigh.
ReplyDeleteThe trees are cute . I know what you mean about short on time for posting. I write as a job, then I have my blog for fun. So sometimes my hand or my ole brain just gets tired!
I would much rather have snow than ice. As it was we saw very little ice here...didn't hurt our feelings any. Hope you had a good visit with your son.
ReplyDeleteLovely decorations Beth, snow flurries here today just the start they say. A white Christmas is on the cards I'd say. Enjoy your visit with your son. Hugs Sheila.
ReplyDeleteNice decorations Beth. This is probably one time you wish it would snow, so your son would stay overnight. Looks like you have alot of snow. There is hardly any snow yet where I live in Ontario, Canada. It seems to go around us for some reason. You can see more grass than snow. I really do hope we have a White Christmas, but not too much over the Holidays.
ReplyDeleteWell you take care and enjoy your time with your son. Have a wonderful weekend, Beth. I also hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
xx's Dianne :)
Oh I also ment to tell you that I really like your Nativity picture up above.:)
ReplyDeleteI love all things pretty! You have great taste in home decor, Christmas time and otherwise. We haven't been able to buy an angel for the top of our tree. Guess we left it too late. We did buy on Saturday a Nativity set; which happens to be the first one I've ever had. Jaiden and I had fun unwrapping the little ornament. I managed a few photos before my camera ran out of charge.
