darling little table at a garage sale this morning for $2. It is just perfect to put my scanner on.
Click to enlarge. And that was about it as the garage sales are winding down and school will be starting in another couple of weeks.
A few garage sales, a trip to the bank and Kroger and that is what I accomplished today. My second room will have to wait until tomorrow.
I bought some lovely fresh peaches at the store and now I am off to make a peach cobbler. Recipe on my recipe blog.
Have a great weekend you all. Stay safe and be happy!!
Beth
Love the little table! Looks just right. Peach cobbler sounds delish.
ReplyDeleteWell. that's never gonna work! You don't have your cables tangled up in a knot like the rest of us. I use a laptop and I've still got a decent mess behind the credenza holding my peripherals.
ReplyDeleteLovely little table. That was a good find!!
ReplyDeleteCobble sounds good. I just took one out of the oven about 20 minutes ago.
The little table only $200 "can't go wrong in the price Beth,You have a productive day.

ReplyDeleteBlessings, Joanne
I want to go to a garage sale. Very nice pick up for $2. Beth your command center cesk is so neat! You should see what's what's on my desk right now. Two empty 16.9 oz bottles of Poland Spring water. A Webster's New Pocket Dictionary. And I still misspell things...hey wait there could be a blog here. Never mind.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nice comfortable day. Those are nice. Have a good one tomorrow too. Hugs. from Bertie
ReplyDeleteWonderful looking desk you got there! I usually find that garage sales turn out to be junk sales but finding a treasure like that can make the bum you can go through worth it.
ReplyDeletewow. your little table certainly sounds a bargain. Thank you for praying for England, just before I read your comment this morning, I was saying to George, this probably seems a bit tame to my American friends, they have seen it and worst in their country many times. As I said to him, I guess we in England have had it relatively easy up to now, scary thoughts for the future.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend, Hugs Nita.
I really like your table Beth, i think you got a good buy
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good weekend
Take care
Sue
Great little table! I bought an old round, leather-top table, which replaced the cheap, bland blond table by my couch. Love it---will photograph it for you guys too! What a deal for you, too---$2. I paid $10 for mine. Enjoy the weekend and the peach cobbler.
ReplyDeleteThat a great little table. What a find. I really have to get into the garage sale thing.
ReplyDeleteI think you are a wonderful shopper who knows a deal when she sees one.
ReplyDeleteGreat bargains, Beth, I love that in a way it's recycling such wonderful furniture. And why do I always drop by when there's food on offer and an aroma to die for? Peach Cobbler Mmm mm, any left? :-) ... have a great Sunday. xPenx
