Another doctor visit…

I saw the cardiologist this morning.  I have been having some problems with the meds clashing with one another so the merry go round is spinning again.  I hope I am not allergic to the new med.  Tomorrow I go back to the cardiologist to be fitted with a Holter heart monitor which I will wear for 30 days.  This will be a pain in the wazoo but I agree that it has to  be done to see how the meds are controlling the A-fib.  (irregular heartbeat)  I have so many doctor appointments the next few weeks that I have stopped counting.  Mixed in with all of that I have a dental appointment too.

After the doctor visit my daughter and I stopped for scripts, then to pay bills, then to Kroger then back to Avanti’s where we had lasagna with salad and warm bread and butter.  I brought half of mine home as I don’t seem to have much appetite lately.

During my walk in the cemetery the other day I stopped to read many of the stones.  Below is a very interesting one.

If you will click on the pic you will be able to read the verse.

And now, I am absolutely worn out.  You all stay safe and be happy.

HUGS!!!

Beth

  1. I could swear I've read that someplace before. Comforting!

I hope all goes well with all your appointments. 30 days with the Holter will give them a more complete picture. I also hope your meds get figured out and you're not allergic. Just too much lately!!

    Love and hugs!!

  2. My hubby had to wear one of those and if not for that I feel I would have lost him. His heart would stop beating for a few seconds (not sure if that's A-fib) and he'd pass out. The monitor caught it and he ended up having a pace maker. Very scary. Those machines are life savers that's for sure. I hope everything gets straighened out for you so you can start feeling a lot better! Hugs

  3. Hi Beth,

That certainly is an interesting verse on the gravestone, I wonder how old the person was, does contain comforting words.

Hope you get your health problems sorted, oh dear, so many people seem to have them, at the moment.

    Hugs Nita.

  9. Good luck over the next 30 days with the monitor. My mum had one on more than one occasion when I was growing up. She always told us that you get used to it being there after awhile.

    You're in my prayers!

  10. Gotta find the problem to find the solution...even if it's a pain...thinking of you with much love--hope it all evens out soon.

Am watching our Cards in the 10th inning...yikes!

Loved the inscription. My dad's was a poem called "Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep." It's beautiful--google it.

    Blessings my friend!
