I saw another doctor yesterday and had my meds changed again. I am praying that they work as I am really getting worn out from this merry go round. Monday I see an electrophysiologist. This is a new doctor for me as I had never heard of this field before. I am praying a lot and just living one day at a time to see what happens. Then that is my last doctor appointment until the 29th when I have 2 on the same day. Then on Dec 1, dentist, Dec 2 doctor and Dec 16 my primary care physician then on Dec30 another appointment.. I hope Medicare doesn’t go broke before the end of the year.
Nothing much new happening here. I have been invited to go with my daughter and son in law to my SIL’s brother’s house for Thanksgiving dinner. I am to take a pumpkin pie and whipped topping which will be an easy thing to do. My daughter is taking hot rolls and macaroni and cheese. Mike’s sister in law is a very good cook so I am really looking forward to that.
It is in the 40s here this morning and clammy outside as if it wants to rain. I found that out when I went next door to do a load of laundry.
There is another Christmas Bazaar at one of the churches today. I am trying to decide if I want to go or not.
I hope you all have a great weekend. Stay safe and be happy!!
Beth
Wow, I can see where that round of visits would wear anyone out. Pray they get everything straightened out for you.
ReplyDeleteWe're going to daughters this Thanksgiving. Her Jim is a great cook so I know it will be good. I have to bring the pie and topping too.
Sis I agree with Terry that is a lot of doctors and all of them hopefully working together can help you somehow. You must be getting so tired of the task of dr offices. I too have never heard of a dr like that, so hope it helps some. Take it easy on yourself..prayers always

Know you'll feel better as the holidays draw near. If you can, make it to the bazaar---it will take your mind off of your ailments. So glad to hear you're going OUT for Thanksgiving! Love making pumpkin pie too and look forward to it this year. We're going down to Sean's (in China Lake, CA in the desert) to spend the holiday with our navy guy! Enjoy the nippy weather and the beautiful leaves!
ReplyDeleteI pray the new meds work. I'd be wore out too with all those doc visits. You have a nice day my friend.
ReplyDeleteMeds can cause so much havoc so I hope that this change helps you. It's trying to rain here too so I really should get to the store to buy my turkey. I think I'm going to make a blueberry torte for dessert this year.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend Beth.
Sorry to hear you've not been feeling well. I hope you can get it all straightened out soon!
ReplyDeleteThrowed rolls are totally fun! The rolls are HUGE and they easily split in half. They are warm, and they melt in your mouth. Butter spread on each half makes them even better! :)
They call them "throwed rolls", because they literally throw them to you (or at you) while you are eating dinner. The roll throwers have to be professionals! I've never seen them throw a roll to the wrong place. I've seen lots of people not catch them though. LOL
Blessings.....
ReplyDeleteThe good thing in all this is, you are taking care of yourself. Hang in there, I know its exhausting.
Stay blessed....

I so wish, and I know you do too, that this will be well and over with! Let that be so. AMEN!
ReplyDeleteI hope this gets worked out so maybe you can start the new year feeling good again. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had snow here last night but it did melt by morning. But the mounatains had so much that the ski resorts opened earlier than usual and made a lot of people very happy, including the workers there because they'll get more pay. Take care and be well. from Bertieblue.
ReplyDeleteYou really are an inspiration. You keep yourself busy and do for others, even in the midst of health issues. Wow!
ReplyDeleteYou are in my prayers.
Sorry Beth,Only I an said to you what you have has messy time that make you a lots of worried.
ReplyDeleteI sincerely hope everything goes alright.
I had to wear a Holter event monitor once. Sounds like these doctors are just specialists in that field. Well, then they should know what they're doing and be able to give you definitive information, anyways. Whew! What a lot of doctor (and dentist) visits. You'll be so glad when all that is over with, I'm sure. (I hate going to the dentist or the doctor.)
ReplyDeleteThanksgiving sounds like a good time! Be sure and enjoy yourself to the max inbetween all these appointments. ;)
Say, I forgot to tell you that I love your angels in your header. Very pretty!
Been in the 20s here during the day. Winter has arrived, I guess. Stay warm. Let us know if you went to the Bazaar. :)
Hi Beth all those appointments I can understand you feeling pooped. At least the right people are on to it now, and will help you. Hope you decide to go to the Bazaar. Hugs Sheila and Wile-e xx
ReplyDeleteYou really have run the gauntlet of medical situations haven't you my friend? I hope you can enjoy Thanksgiving without having any difficulties. I am a real lover of pumpkin pies! Relish your warmth...it's 12 degrees here right now. Supposedly we will be in the fifties for Thanksgiving...we'll see.
ReplyDeleteHi Beth. I've been out of the loop around here for a couple of weeks. Let's hope you get all this doctor business behind you quickly. Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. It's one day. You get together and eat a nice meal. There's no seasonal frenzy over this one day.
ReplyDeleteHi Beth, sorry to hear you're still going through the mill with these medical men, I really hope they get topsides of your problem and next year sees a brand new Beth Marie.
ReplyDeleteThanks for comments on my posts, I've been pretty busy wrapping Christmas presents and took a real notion to clear out some wardrobes. I've said to myself no more blogging till I catch up with comments. Enjoy your Thanksgiving and have fun, putting your problems behind you for a while, Take care and have a nice week.
Meant to say liked your new look log, very pretty header. XX

ReplyDeleteHope your troubles may soon be over and that all your doctors turn out to be capable ones.
ReplyDeleteI hope the new meds work out.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect Thanksgiving!!!
One step at a time, one foot in front of the other. Beth, you're going to get through this, one way or another. Don't let disappointments get the worst of you Beth, let your strength get the better of you. :)
