Below freezing..

on this Wednesday morning in the heart of Illinois.  I am up after another restless night.  I am used to the c-pap now but my sleeping is not peaceful.  Not much that can be done about that as I have tried 3 different face masks.  BUT, if that was the extent of it all I could live with it.

  1. Hi Beth,

I hope you will find peace soon.

I have an over active brain at the moment, causing me to wake early, too much impatient planning going on.

    Hugs Nita

  2. I'm not particularly enjoying this little cold snap that's coming through. I dressed in shorts and a t-shirt this morning, and I'm most definitely going to have to change clothes! It's supposed to get up to 62, but there will be a north wind that will make it feel much cooler than 62.

  3. Although it looks spring-like here, they're predicting snow levels to drop this weekend---just hope we're lower than they are. Hubby planted some corn already---can't wait to plant more, but must! Hope you'll find a peaceful way to sleep. I know how hard that can be. I usually overtax my brain (trying to put the States in alphabetical order or such)and find I doze off faster. Good luck and enjoy life!

  4. I wonder at this point if you even need that equipment...what a shame. Disturbed sleep patterns really are enough to throw a monkey wrench in the machinery. I have contacts so when I don't get enough sleep it means that I'll have trouble with my eyes throughout the day and I simply can't afford that. I was ill most or last evening from disturbed sleep patterns over the Easter weekend but finally did a bit better last night...ugh. Ironically or not we are having the warmest day of the week today then yet another cool down...seems the weather is disturbed as the sleep patterns these days.

  6. -sigh- Cold temps after another restless night. -double sigh-

And now I see that a couple of your Dear Readers, are still wondering if you really need this *thing.* Me'thinks you'll *have to* post your doctor's words, for us to admit that you really do need it.<---Just kidding, of course.

But we are worried about you and wish you'd begin getting needed rest, soooooooon. Soon. Soon. Soon.

And thank you for the suggestion, but I can't use something like Windows Live Writer, on my Mac. :-)

  7. Aw Beth I wish there was something I could do to help. You are my anchor here on Blogger. I want you in tip top shape! I'd sing you to sleep but that would only keep you awake.
