Spanish-English Dictionary: Translation of "tantalizing"

This Tuesday morning has been very interesting  and stimulating.  Thus it is a tantalizing Tuesday so far.

It is much cooler today at 70 degrees right now.  The last few days have been miserably hot and humid.  We didn’t get the rain promised us yesterday and the lawns are starting to brown up.  My front lawn is still nice and green as it has been watered a couple of times a week.

I have been out running this morning which included a trip to the bank, Wal*Mart, etc.  I have many things I could do around here if I could just make up my mind to do it.  Not nearly as much fun as running, that is for sure.  I did get some new thread, an easy pattern for a purse, and a couple of pieces of material.  Now I have to get the new machine going and see what I can do with it.  The next time we go to Peoria I will ask my daughter if she will take me to a fabric shop.  I may get  into this sewing stuff big time and then again I may not.  Tantalizing thought.

See how easy it is to jibber jabber away and suddenly you have a blog.  While you are smiling at this silliness take the time to touch the morning.  Stay safe and be happy!!

  1. That's quite exciting Beth hope it turns out ok, you must show us the results. There are pretty fabrics around so you never know what you will accomplish next. I tried my hand at making a dress a few years ago, I must admit I did get stuck at putting the zip in. It turned out ok the end though. Enjoy and good Luck

  4. When I began my day out in the world this morning at 9:00, the temperature was already 82 degrees! I'm happy to report that clouds came in late in the afternoon, and it is much cooler now. We have recently had some rain, so our grass isn't yet turning brown.

I will be interested in hearing about your first project on your new sewing machine! That is "tantalizing.":-)

Oh, I still have my Roget's Thesaurus from when I entered college in the fall of 1958. Let me know if you need any extra words.:-)

  9. I know what you mean. I have sewing plans, too, but don't seem to get the machine set up--and I have all the supplies--LOL! I just have too many projects going and can't seem to get motivated to finish them all. And now an online class to start soon. Oh well--can't say I have nothing to do. LOL! ;) Do what you enjoy!
