Guess What??

It is raining again of course.  The rain held off yesterday until evening and it started in raining again.
Yesterday was a very nice day.  I got to see the new baby.  He is two weeks old and adorable.  Oh my goodness though, we do forget how tiny they are at that age.  Just precious.
This is a short post as I have another doctor appointment at 9:15.  I am getting tired of running to see a doctor every little bit and so is my daughter as she goes with me when I have to go to Peoria.
This will be an exciting week for my British friends.  The wedding coverage begins here at 3 in the morning.  I have my DVR set to tape it so I will be able to watch it in bits and pieces and not miss anything.
I do have to cut this short and start getting ready to go.  I hope you all have a great week.

  1. Good Morning Beth. No rain here until tonight. Have to get out and take a walk before then. Running to the doctors seems to be part of the aging process, darn it. Have a safe trip.

  5. It was a wonderful day yesterday for us too...not a drop of rain in sight for which I'm very thankful however this week the weather is all over the place with it going from mid-sixties to forties...I'm so tired of it being that cold at this point that words are not enough to express it but I guess take the good where we can and rejoice!

  6. Oh good luck at the doctors. I hate going there! The sun peeked through today and I almost forgot what it felt like! Hope the sun decides to make an appearance on a more regular basis where you are. Blessings, Joanne

  8. Hopefully it won't rain again for you. But one can never be too careful, sounds like it would be a good time to start work on the ark and begin contacting zoos to check if you can borrow some animals. A good supply of doves would also be good idea.

  9. We're getting rain today, tomorrow and probably the next day too. Well, it's still April, but that's enough showers.

  10. Hi Beth, thanks for the 'England swings' music,
and of course the Royal Wedding mention. I do hope the doctors is just a routine checkup and nothing serious. take care, my friend, and I'm off now to sit with Bess. Not a good day today, BUT I have hopes that it's just a hiccup. Pray for her please my friend, I'm sure it worked last time. x Pen and Her maj x
