in another new week. What shall I do with this new day that I have been granted? The possibilities are endless. For example:
- I could do nothing which is what I am best at doing.
- I could do something which is what I am trying to decide right now.
- I could go to the store as I am out of bananas again. I have to make up mind on that in a hurry as it is going to be another hot day in the mid 90sl
- I could do some cleaning but that makes me shudder.
- I could read a book. I did that yesterday, I read a 374 page book in one afternoon.
- I could do none of the above.
- I could just say thank you to God for another day and ask Him to help me make the most of it.
Mind made up. I will just go with number 7.
I hope you all have a great day. Stay safe and be happy!!
Beth

Well I am glad I am not the only one lost in the morning wondering what to do:) B
ReplyDeleteI know you'll make the right decision! You usually do. Enjoy the new day and live it like it's your last one! I think you could do almost ALL of those things----TODAY! ;)
ReplyDeleteI think you made a good choice!
ReplyDeletegood post!
ReplyDeleteWow.....374 pages in one day!!! It must have been a great book!!! I hope you get relief from the heat soon!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of reading in one day.
ReplyDeleteI chose number 4 on your list to do today
and I am happy to say
I'll soon be done for the day. : )
i'm tired of doing nothing but the thought of doing anything makes me tired...make sense??
ReplyDeletei really like the purple scrapbook page, it looks, really good!!
That will work. Good post. Actually that is also my delemna most days. Have a good one and stay cool. BGB
ReplyDeleteI am completely with you on your choice. I do that every day and night. God is good, isn't He. xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteAlways, #7 would come first. I have a history of not being able to put books down once I begin reading them. I read one a night when I was in high school. Perhaps I would have been better served keeping up with my homework.:)
ReplyDeleteI know just how you feel! When I have a day alone there's so much to chose from that I spend all my time thinking about it, and then it's over!
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed your day :)

ReplyDeleteWonderfully written Beth. I think that I will join you in celebrating # 7. Every new day seems full of promise and hope too, I love that feeling! I love the fact that each new day allows me to 'do it' all over again and perhaps better than I did yesterday and if not, well then ... there will always be tomorrow to get it right.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!! Oh my. This vacation for me is full of things I should do, but don't:) I get up early and try to hike. Then I write and edit photography. Maybe clean....but never do I get to what it is I should do:) But it's so nice to have options:)
ReplyDeleteWell thanks for stopping by my blog today and giving me a smile that was the left off your list so know you really did do something great and special today :} God Bless and thanks :))
ReplyDeleteThis heat just puts a wrinkle in everything doesn't it. It's so hot here again today, that I don't have the energy to do anything constructive even tho my ac is set low. And there is no end in sight.
